Our Governing Documents
The Northwest Iowa Regional Board of REALTORS® is governed by a 10 member board of directors elected to serve from among the membership. The organization's Bylaws set the guidelines for all of the association's activities and establish how business is conducted. Our MLS Rules and Regulations establish the guidelines by which our professional REALTOR® members cooperate in the use of our Sioux City Multiple Listing Service. Our NWIA School Policy outlines guidelines related to our real estate education school.

NWIA is authorized as an school for real estate education, and continuing education credits are offered for approved school sponsored classes. Please note our policies pertaining to course registration, payments, and cancellations. Questions about a specific course offering can be directed to the board office.
