Our Governing Documents
The Northwest Iowa Regional Board of REALTORS® is governed by a 10 member board of directors elected to serve from among the membership. The organization's Bylaws set the guidelines for all of the association's activities and establish how business is conducted. Our MLS Rules and Regulations establish the guidelines by which our professional REALTOR® members cooperate in the use of our Multiple Listing Service.
