After an extensive six month search process, the Northwest Iowa Regional Board of REALTORS® has announced the selection of Jill Wooster as the organization’s next Chief Executive Officer. Wooster will replace current CEO Kelly Burge, who has previously announced her intention to retire on December 31, 2022.
Wooster grew up in Mapleton, Iowa, and has lived in Sioux City since 1995. She has an extensive background in organizational leadership, with previous roles at the Sioux City Journal, March of Dimes, 2011 Red Cross Tour of Homes Event Planner, American Heart Association, and as a Mobile Notary Signing Agent.
She says, “Learning from Kelly and the entire team’s experience and knowledge will help educate me to best support you. I look forward to getting to know everyone and working together to provide you with the resources you need to be successful.”
Wooster plans to attend the July 21 NWIA RPAC golf outing at Green Valley Golf Course to meet as many NWIA members as possible.
Wooster will officially begin her role in the NWIA office on September 1. She and Burge will work through a transitional training period through the end of the year, and she will officially assume her full responsibilities as CEO on January 1, 2023.
Beginning in September, Jill can be reached at the NWIA office, (712) 255-8810.
